Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or participating in any training session, program, or activity offered by Elite Touch Training ("Elite Touch", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the participant" or "parent/guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register or participate.

These terms apply to all participants, including minors whose parent or legal guardian has completed registration on their behalf.

Program Enrollment & Commitment

Enrollment in an Elite Touch Training program constitutes a commitment for the duration specified at registration (e.g., 3-month or 6-month commitment). By enrolling, you agree to fulfill the full commitment period.

Session scheduling is confirmed at registration. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are not automatically refunded or rescheduled unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due at the time of registration unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. All fees are non-refundable once a commitment period has begun, except in cases of documented medical emergency or at the sole discretion of Elite Touch Training.

Elite Touch Training reserves the right to modify pricing for future enrollment periods. Existing commitments will not be subject to mid-term price changes.

Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in soccer training involves inherent physical risks, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, and other injuries. By enrolling, the participant (or parent/guardian on behalf of a minor) voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation.

Elite Touch Training, its coaches, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in training sessions, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Participants are encouraged to consult a physician before beginning any training program, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions.

Medical Authorization

In the event of a medical emergency, Elite Touch Training staff are authorized to seek emergency medical treatment for the participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached. The participant or parent/guardian agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with such treatment.

Any known medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations must be disclosed at the time of registration. Elite Touch Training is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed medical information.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, fellow players, and any facilities used during training. Disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the session or program without refund.

Parents and guardians are expected to support a positive training environment. Interference with coaching, verbal abuse, or disruptive behavior by parents or guardians may result in the participant's removal from the program.

Photo & Media Release

By enrolling, you grant Elite Touch Training permission to photograph or record participants during training sessions for use in promotional materials, social media, and marketing content. No names will be used without separate written consent.

If you do not wish for your child or yourself to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.

Session Cancellations & Weather

Elite Touch Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, unsafe field conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants as early as possible.

Cancelled sessions due to weather or facility issues will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Elite Touch Training is not responsible for any costs incurred by participants as a result of a cancellation.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Hamilton County, Indiana.

Changes to These Terms

Elite Touch Training reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to enrolled participants and will take effect upon the start of the next enrollment period.
